I have a multicultural background as a Middle-Easterner, with British roots, in the U.S. It's one of the many ways I bring fresh perspectives into the mix.Military, academic, and tech experience I've developed my craft, leadership, and coaching approach across 5 years of service, several years in academia getting my PhD in Psychology, and a decade and a half in tech.Academic and coaching training I'm a psychologist by training, with multiple coaching certificates, and I'm an Associate Certified Coach and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
